Authentic Kobe Beef is some of the most sought after meat in the world! In order for a steak to be certified as authentic Kobe beef the cattle must come from the Tajima bloodline and must be raised and processed in the Hyogo Prefecture. These steaks have been graded and authenticated by the Kobe Beef Association to be given the grade of A5 and a marble score of BMS12.
