This pork is pasture raised in a farm local to us, Clark farm in Carlisle, MA. A Yorkshire cross breed, these pigs were raised in an open pasture on organic, non-GMO feed (soy free) sourced from Vermont. Used as part of the farm's soil sustainability and crop rotation procedures, you can't get much more fresh and natural than this.
