This beef tallow is made in house by rendering the fat generated from 100% grass-fed beef that was pasture raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones. It is all sourced domestically from farms within the U.S. and processed by Masami Ranch in California.
This product is a perfect fat to use in place of oil when searing a steak. It has a 1 month shelf life once thawed. It has a 1 year shelf life when kept frozen.
