This is a special batch of our house-made Wagyu burgers. To make this burger, we took American Wagyu NY Sirloin and mixed it with Japanese Wagyu trimmings. It is an 80/20 ratio of American Wagyu to Japanese Wagyu trimmings. After this mix, we took beef marrow bones canoe cut them and added the marrow into the burger mix. This combination makes for a burger with incredible flavor that kicks our Wagyu burgers up another notch.

Due to the extra marbling of the beef, these will cook quicker than a normal prime beef burger.
