We took the tail pieces of our 100% grass-fed tenderloins and marinated them in our house-made steakhouse marinade for some tenderloin tips. This is our shop's most popular marinade, and is an oil and vinegar based sauce that compliments the steak beautifully.
It is all sourced domestically from farms within the U.S. and processed by Masami Ranch in California. Raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones, 100% grass fed and pasture raised.
