This is our house-made, wagyu beef burger. Wagyu refers to the breed of cattle, and provides more marbled beef than our USDA Prime variety. The extra marbling adds to a rich flavor, which creates an incredible burger. We use American Wagyu chuck rolls and a combinations of trimmings from American and Australian wagyu steaks to make these burgers.

Due to the extra marbling of the beef, these will cook quicker than a normal prime beef burger.
