This is a special mix of our house-made Wagyu burgers. To make this burger, we took Japanese Wagyu round and chuck meat and mixed it with A5 Japanese Wagyu trimmings. After this mix, we took beef marrow bones that we canoe cut and added the marrow from them into the burger mix. This combination makes for a burger with incredible flavor that kicks our Wagyu burgers up another notch.
Due to the extra marbling of the beef, these will cook quicker than a normal prime beef burger.
